Notion & Splash Checklist
::Programming::
- [ ] Notion: all details are filled out at the top of the form (Location, Time/Date, Type of Event, Type of RSVP)
- [ ] Notion: pricing details are added too, if applicable
- [ ] Notion: RSVP details included so that can be included in Splash when built, if special form needed
- [ ] Notion: it is Members only, limited NMguests, open to NMguests? If closed to NMGs, should we direct them somewhere else (like concierge)
- [ ] Notion: Programming description explains the event:
- Why it's different/exciting/why members should care
- If the person hosting the event is a Common House member, important community member, or if they have any recent accolades
- If it's a recurring event, letting Comms know how often it occurs
- If it's an event that will drive revenue or where we want to push attendance, make a note so that Comms can give it extra writing love
- If an F&B event, is the menu linked, what printed items are needed
- Note: these don't need to be written well, they can be bullet points, the main objective here is to convey as much information to the Comms team about why the event is exciting
